Yes, this is a bug. We'll try to fix it as soon as possible.

Open Image on network drive doesn't display arc files

When I try to open an image on a mapped network drive, I click on the NET_DRIVE_0 folder icon, and it shows me all the directories on the network drive. However, when I open the directory containing my images, it doesn't show me any files. If I change the file type selection to All Files, then my arc files appear. I am able to open and read from them.

So for some reason, this looks like a problem with file selection using the default set of extensions (which I see includes *.arc). My network drive is exported under Samba on an Ubuntu 10.4 box. BTW, when I use Create Image, I do see all the existing arc files. So this issue seems to be limited to the Open Image file selection dialog box only.
