Depends on what users are trying to ask. Sometimes it's really hard to understand.
We tested the DVD drives, and R-Drive Image worked normally with them.

We will try to check that. The program recognizes my USB LITEON DVD/CD writer.

TRIED your 4.5 and I see it still will not recognize my DVD drive on a Toshiba Satelite A75 (Mashita UJ85JS) or a USB Lg DVD also tried a Dell same.
NOT very good program ??
