Has any data been written to the camera since the files were deleted?
If no and your system sees this device as a disk when it's connected, most likely, it will.
You may try. Just install R-Studio for Mac on your computer and run it in the demo mode. In this mode R-Studio will do all necessary actions except actual data recovery: you may check if R-Studio seed the camera, you can list the files on the card, find the required files, etc. Then you may buy R-Studio and register it on the fly, without reinstalling and recover the files.

v2 recover Canon SDHC files?

Does the R-studio v2 for Mac recover deleted files on a Canon SDHC built-in card?

I have a Canon AVCHD HFS10 with a built in Canon formated SDHC flash memory.
Accidently, several video files were deleted. Can R-studio recover them?

If so how? What to do?

It doesn't seem that simple.
