If a file is marked with a red cross, that doesn't mean it's unrecoverable, that means it was previously deleted through a regular procedure of OS. You may preview a file to see if it's recoverable by double-clicking it.

In a last attempt effort to recover a raid 5 array that lost it partition table I used this product. It found like 20 or so partitions and took 20hrs or so to analyze the data and was stuck at 100%. I can see files but it looks like it cannot be recovered since every file has a red x. Anyway I can send in the saved scan file and have you review if anything looks salvageable?
