Filter Good and Bad files

hello,

I saw on the R-studio's version 8.8 a new feature that I didn't see before.
After a full disk scan I saw this little blue square down on the icon that have been recovered in all good files.

But I couldn't find a way to filter this good files from the bad ones, to save just the good.

Is it possible? So I don't have to manually choose them.
