The latest version of the Windows ADK and WinPE add-on are installed (10.1.26100) for Windows 11 Pro.Unable to init WinPE environment

All other aspects of the software that I have used up to now seem to be fine, but a startup disk is critical. The size of the flash drive is 64gb, so should be more than enough for the task.
