What happens:
When selecting multiple files to output to file it doesn't matter if the checkboxes are selected or the files are highlighted the output is always only one file that has some hyphen border surrounding a filename indicating focus.
What should happen:
Either the checkbox indicates files to output to file selection or the highlight method should indicate selection, probably not both due to conflict in logic and/or confusion to end user in the User Interface.
