Is there an Upgrade price?
That depends on when you purchased your current version. I think, our techsupport can answer your question more precisely.

I Understand and will try this
But does this mean I have to purchase another licence for the newer version?
Is there an Upgrade price?

Thanks

This is a sector size limit, I suppose. Try the new version [urlhttp://www.drive-image.com/Drive_Image_Download.shtml]5.2 build 5204[/url].

Not recognising new 3TB USB drive

by royslough » Fri Nov 08, 2013 9:40 am

Hello, I have purchased a larger USB drive - A Western Digital 3TB drive to use with my R-Drive 4.5

R-Drive can see the drive (it is available to be the source for a backup) although the size seems all wrong
the Main link indicates a near 6TB size then underneath is a 3TB partition followed by an unsed partition of near 3TB.

I want to use this as the destination for my Internal drive backups but after I select one of these the USB does not show at all in the local drives section.

Any Advice or suggestions - Is there a Drive size limit
