Nothing has changed at my end as far as I know and there's only one account on here and it's still an Admin.

Weird, but happy that it's working now.

I believe you install the program under an Administrative account. If that so, please contact our technical support, they'll help you to fix it.

Update to Build 6004 - installer error

I'm getting an error when I try to install the 6004 build. I already have the 6000 build installed and working fine.

Error is: "Error opening file for writing. C:\Program Files\R-Drive Image\DrvSnSht.Sys"

The file is not read-only and I'm not aware of any issues with my PC. The PC is running Windows 8.1 and I've updated from R-Drive 5 in the past.

Any ideas?
