Please contact our techsupport with this issue, they'll help you to resolve it. You need to provide them with your system's info: Menu Tools -> Save System Info.

R-Studio MAC : not showing correct HDD serial numbers

I have 4 hard drives from a QNAP NAS that I need to try and recover data from. All HDDs are Western Digital Red WD40ERFX. In R-Studio, all four drives show the same serial number of 152D00539000 - which isn't even the serial number of ANY of the drives (which all begin WCC4E0839xxx)

How can I know which order to put the drives in if I cannot see the correct serial numbers for the drives?
