ok. Sorry. I created the Linux one and turned off secure boot. It showed text for a while, which it didn't last time, but I couldn't accept the R-Drive license agreement. I tried typing Y and moving the mouse, but the mouse wouldn't move, and the license agreement wasn't accepted. Not sure what to do. I did start talking to support and they have this link. Thanks.

Did you turn off Secure Boot in the BIOS?

This article is about installed dual-boot managers rather than about external boot devices.

What about the Linux startup disk? Does it work? If doesn't, you need to contact our techsupport. Must likely no appropriate drivers for you disk hardware. Please show them this link.

Yes. I've done it. I created a WInPE startup disk and I've booted up with it. It just doesn't work correctly like I've described. Does that help?

Sorry, yes I realize that isn't what your thread is about. But @Alt suggested that you do it in his response to you, and that is an issue that has never been solved.

I don’t have that problem

Did you fix the 'failing to create a WinPE startup disk' issue? I reported that in June, as have others.

Looks like there are no drivers for you disk hardware.
Try to create another variant of the bootable device: if you created a Linux-based variant, create a Win PE one. and vice versa. If this doesn't help, contact our techsupport with this problem. Provide a link to this topic.
Once again: Create Startup Disk.
