If you ran ccleaner, I doubt anything can be recovered there no matter what the storage device is. I'm pretty sure that program will overwrite the sectors.
Maybe you can find an old version of the file(s) by scanning the drive though. If it was stored in different sectors at some point in time there might be another copy somewhere to be found.
