When you restore data, did you try to adjust the partition size on the Restore/Copy Parameters panel?

I have a CompactFlash that contains the bootable OS of a PLC.

I've managed to create an image, and restore it to the CF-card, but I'd also like to have a hardware copy of this card. Therefore I bought a new card.
The problem is that the old card is 1.95GB, and the new is 1.90GB.

I've tried to use both "Sector by sector backup", and "Backup actual data only". The actual data on the card is about 700MB.

Is there a way to make this work?
