Please, contact our techsupport with this problem. They'll ask you to send you the snapshot of the file system and send it to our developers to fix the problem.
To create a snapshot:
Tools menu -> Settings -> Main -> Debug mode enabled -> OK
Right-click the partition -> Create FS snapshot on the shortcut menu.

License : R-Studio NTFS 6.3.153961
SYSTEM : 4 x Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-3350P CPU @ 3.10GHz, 3093 MHz, 8131 MB RAM
OS : Windows 8 Home Build 9200
File system : NTFS

I try so many times, when I open the files on HarddiskVolume7 (Recognized 5)(ext4)..it stop and the window displays "no response" in 56%.
Every times with the same result on 56%, it display "no response".
What can I do??
