Generally, you can find which files are in bad sectors only after a disk scan or imaging.

If you image the drive with DeepSpar Imager, R-Studio will show which files are good and bad. Unfortunately, they still haven't added a way to filter the file results so you can show only good or only bad files.

I don't think this is possible. I know you can do that with Data Extractor software, but you need a PC-3000 to even use that software. If a drive is known to have bad sectors it's usually best to image it in Linux using ddrescue first, then do the logical recovery using R-Studio. But, no way to know for sure which files were hit.

Is there a way in R-Studio to find files which are related to bad sectors without trying to recover them? How?

Thanks a lot!
