This time the scan runs fine, but the system hangs on the "analying recognized partitions" portion. I have to close the program and it does not save the data.
Luckily I have the .scn file. What to do?

During the scan, the RU-Bin process was using 100,000K to 300,000K. Total used on the whole system during that time was 900 meg of 2 Gig physical available.
