Are you saying that Backup Exec .bkfs are not supported by R-Studio's known file types and require a custom description file?

I have accidentally deleted Symantec Backup Exec's .bkf files from my QNAP TS-201 RAID1 device. I was able to mount the ext2 drive under Windows 7 with Ext2Fsd. The r-studio scan found the deleted files, but all sized at 0 bytes (please see the screenshot ). Is there any way or chance to ...
