Thank you for your quick reply.
I used Disk utility from Mac OSX Mavericks 10.9.1 (Just clicked Erase button). Is that quick format?
I simply chose to erase the wrong volume.
Format: Mac OS Extended (Journaled)
This was also the format of the RAID (0) volume it initially was.

I've accidentally formatted 1 of a 2 volume RAID 0

I've accidentally formatted 1 of a 2 volume RAID 0. Can your software recover the data to be re-paired with the other volume?
If not can I get some of the data restored with your software.
