Data Recovery and Disk Utilities Forum @R-TT

In the past I deleted a few files from my computer when I no longer needed it at that time. I moved completely to the Recycle Bin folder. However, now I need to use one of them, what should I do? I can't find that file anymore. Can you suggest me anything? Please help me, thanks a lot.
