R-Wipe & Clean should clean up the addon manager cache left by FreeCAD.

R-Wipe & Clean should clean up the addin repository cache left by Pinta.

R-Wipe & Clean doesn't remove the shader cache left by FreeCAD.

R-Wipe & Clean doesn't delete many of the cached thumbnails and templates that CyberLink Promeo leaves on disk.

I think R-Wipe & Clean should clean up junk left after XMind.

It looks like R-Wipe & Clean can't detect Notepad app on my system. It's not visible in the Program traces section.
I noticed this last month after updating the system to version 25H2. But I didn't report this because I know other R-Wipe & Clean users who have all their Notepad apps visible in the R ...

I've been using R-Wipe & Clean for many years and sometimes I've encountered this myself.
You can fix this issue yourself:

Protection > Online Threat Prevention > Settings > Exceptions > Manage exceptions
