MacOS Catalina Unable to Save Scan Log

Hello, this is my first time posting on the board. I'm on Mac OS version 10.15.6.

I installed R-Studio with the settings allow apps downloaded from anywhere. However, for some reason I'm unable to save my scan log and it says Selected path "../.../.." is read-only no matter where I choose. I've checked and ensure my account has both the read and write permissions.As a result I can't exit the application normally and I had to exit by using the activity monitor to quit the process.

I'm not sure what's the issue. Can someone please shed some light?

Please, install the new latest version.
