A new build of R-Studio for Linux is available for download.
New features
+ The Ctrl+W shortcut can now be used to close closable tabs in both the Device and File views.
+ UDF support has been added.

Improvements
* Support for the latest Windows Storage Space (Windows 11 25H2) has been added.
* A connection to the second activation server will be initiated if a connection to the primary server has failed.
* ReFS parsing has been improved, fewer duplicate files will be displayed.
* The enumeration of huge ext4fs file systems has been significantly improved.
* The fast real-time compression algorithm ZStd has been incorporated resulting in increased transfer speed for R-Studio Agent (reaching over 250 MB/s for fast connections).
* An incompletely recovered file can now be deleted when aborting recovery by clearing the "Keep the partially recovered file" option.
* All drive dialogs close now if their drive has been disconnected.
* The sorting view by Date/Extension has been improved. Files with dates greater than today will not appear in the "Invalid Time" folder.
* The accuracy of finding and marking files by YTD have been improved.
* The analysis of FAT tables for recognized exFAT partitions without boot records has been improved.
* Several localizations have been improved.

The Technician/T80+ versions
* A compression level (not recommended) and split size parameters have been added to the Create Image dialog for runtime images.

Bugfixes
- The second attempt may have been necessary to open old RDR images containing ReFS/NTFS/FAT objects. Fixed.
- Sometimes, files from the Extra Found Files section were incorrectly associated with files from the Root folder. Fixed.
- No file list was shown if recovery was very fast. Fixed.
- Import of recovery lists without file IDs didn't work properly. Fixed.
- The program may have rarely frozen while closing all drive images. Fixed.
- It was possible to set a subfolder as a default cross-link target that made the folder tree from the target parent folder disappear. The whole folder tree disappeared for Root. Fixed.
- Not all folders without parents appeared inside the Extra Found Files section. Some of them appeared as top folders like Root. Fixed.
- The program may occasionally have crashed when detecting a link target or searching for a file from a recovery list in folders with duplicate names. Fixed.
- Closing a drive tab during file enumeration may have caused the program to crash. Fixed.
- Executing the "Reopen All Files" command caused a program crash if all drive files were hidden by a mask. Fixed.
- File marking when a file mask was applied did not work correctly in the "Enumerate files in individual folders" mode. Fixed.
- R-Studio showed an incorrect message when a wrong password for R-Studio Agent on the remote computer had been entered.
- Raw Files and Scan items remained when its drive was removed from the Device View. Fixed.
- The Recovery task tab should have been closed on the Abort command if no files recovered. The Abort caption has been improved to "Recovery has been stopped."
- The program may have crashed when starting recovery after a source drive was ejected. Fixed.
- Many GUI and cosmetic bugs have been fixed.

The Technician/T80+ versions
- Creating VMDK images may have encountered problems if their sizes were over 3.6TB. Fixed. Now, large VMDK images will be automatically split into 2GB volumes when necessary.
