Can't mount backup on one computer, works fine on the other

I purchased two licenses so my wife and I could both back up our PCs. We both back up to the same network drive (different directories), and are using the same major version of R-Drive Image Standalone (7.1) though our builds are slightly different (I'm build 7113, she's 7108). Both of us have passwords set on our backups. Both are just making images of our C drives.

I can open my backups (rdr files) fine and mount them to a drive. But I cannot open hers and mount them on my computer: "This image contains no partitions that can be connected to the system". But on her computer, I can open and mount them just fine. If I try to open then with Restore Image on my computer, it opens without error but shows no files in it. Check Image completes successfully on my computer on the image, reporting no errors.

All of this works totally fine and as expected if I try it on the backups of my computer.

Am I missing something about how this is supposed to work? Can I only restore/mount using the same license that I made the backup from or something? I would expect to be able to restore/mount these backups from anywhere, and honestly the fact that I have a backup file that I seemingly can't get the files out of makes me really nervous about trusting R-Drive with my files. If her drive crashed and we were trying to get at the backup on my computer I'd be VERY upset that that doesn't seem to work.

edit: Just tried on her computer, and she can open both my backups and her backups. So it's just a case of me not being able to open hers.

Do you consider moving from version 7.1 to 7.2?
