Issue: R-Wipe & Clean and MS Edge Kaspersky Protection extension
Hi.
People using Kaspersky Protection extension in Microsoft Edge please deselect the following, to avoid the extension being corrupted and not working anymore:
Disable in Microsoft Edge Items:
1) Extensions Databases
2) Extensions State
If you forget do disable this the Kaspersky Protection Extension becomes corrupted, and the only solution is to uninstall and reinstall all Kaspersky Suite.
This problem should be fixed by R-Wipe & Clean developer team !

Caution:
The refered cleaning options are enabled by default. Developer team seems don't care about this issue. Be cautious if using Kaspersky extension in Edge Chromium.

Re: Issue: R-Wipe & Clean and MS Edge Kaspersky Protection extension
Sorry for our long delay in response.
We have tested the current version of Kaspersky Protection (2.9.34.35) and haven't found any glitches of this extension after cleaning all traces of MS Edge with R-Wipe&Cleaning.
If you have found that this issue happens after such cleaning we'd like you to send us the screenshot of the content of the following folders
1) C:\Users\{UserName}\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Edge\User Data\Default\IndexedDB
2) C:\Users\{UserName}\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Edge\User Data\Default\IndexedDB\https_xxxxxx_x.indexeddb.leveldb (any of an IndexedDB subfolder)
3) C:\Users\{UserName}\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Edge\User Data\Default\Extension State

Please let me know if you need the screenshots before and after the cleaning or or only after. Thank you.
Re: Issue: R-Wipe & Clean and MS Edge Kaspersky Protection extension
We need to have these screenshots before cleaning the MS Edge with R-Wipe&Clean while the Kaspersky Protection extension working normally.
Thank you in advance.
Re: Issue: R-Wipe & Clean and MS Edge Kaspersky Protection extension
We have tested Kaspersky Protection (2.10.9.1, the last version) after cleaning Google Chrome and MS Edge using R-Wipe&Clean on Win 10 and 11. No glitches have been found in Kaspersky Protection.
If you have determined that your system malfunctions after these items had been cleaned by R-Wipe&Clean, you may exclude them from cleaning (uncheck them). You may hide them using Customize.
When R-Wipe&Clean cleans these items ( Extensions Databases and Extensions State), the following folders become clean:
LOCALAPPDATA\Microsoft\Edge\User Data\<ProfileName>\Extension State
LOCALAPPDATA\Microsoft\Edge\User Data\<ProfileName>\IndexedDB
When "browsing data" from the browser (edge://settings/clearBrowserData) is cleaned with Kaspersky Protection installed, the folder IndexedDB is cleaned completely, and the content of the Extension State folder is reset.
