Google Chrome and R-Wipe & Clean

It's already the third or even fourth day, after cleaning Google Chrome traces in the R-Wipe & Clean, the following message often appears when opening Chrome:



My Google Chrome constantly checks for updates.
I use R-Wipe & Clean from the R-Tools Technology Inc website.

My friends in Mexico use R-Wipe & Clean with a Spanish interface. They usually browse the same websites as me, but after cleaning the Google Chrome section in the R-Wipe & Clean, their Chrome is fine.
Also friends from Brazil who use R-Wipe & Clean with a Portuguese interface said that their Chrome also had no issues after cleaning the Google Chrome traces in the R-Wipe & Clean.

So, it's difficult to understand where the cause of the problem lies.
