If I use the "Add folder and/or file mask" function, C:\ProgramData is not shown. I think it used to be, since I have a bunch of folders under that in existing lists. I've updated RWC a couple times since adding those.
I am running RWC as Administrator.
Currently using 11.8 Build 2179 under Win10 Pro x64.

Do you have the "View -> Hidden items" enabled in Windows explorer?

No, I had that disabled, so I didn't have to look at desktop.ini and other nonsense all over the place. I guess I can toggle that setting as needed.
I also found I can add relevant folders using the shell extension. (However, I think I found a bug whereby the folder is sometimes not added if RW&C is already running; not sure.)
I didn't realize that setting would affect RW&C.
