Hello
I am a happy user of Acronis TrueImage, as far as backup itself goes. But the new versions try to do so much more, and as a result there's a bunch of always-running services, schedulers, monitors, daemons, etc... whereas I just want a program I can manually invoke when I create a clean image, backup, and not touch it again until I need it.
Can either happy clients or the developer team comment upon how many services/resources R-Drive uses? Can I install or set it up to have no running services or schedulers?
Many thanks!

No services are permanently running. Task scheduling in R-Drive Image is provided by the internal Windows scheduler. Drivers for snapshots and image mounting are loaded only when they're necessary.
