R-Wipe&Clean on Win7 x64

I have Windows 7 x64 and even if I run the program with elevated priviledges, it doesn't wipe the free space, nor MFT records.
I've tried couple times, and Recuva was still able to find and recover the files...
Is it a bug or feature?
