Can your software access;
1) Promise TX4310 SATA RAID5 Controller, chipset is a PDC40719?
2) Promise SATA TX4 300, chipset is a PCD 40718?
3) Promise SATA TX2 Plus, chipset is a PDC20775?
I use all of these cards in my computers at work so I am looking for a viable Imaging software which will work with these controllers. Also, if your software doesn't see a particular controller, do you have a way of loading a driver through either a FLOPPY or USB drive such as when you press F6 during Windows installation. Specifically like when you need to add the controller's driver to the Windows setup.

Re: Promise TX4310 SATA RAID5 Controller
If you are asking about the Windows version of R-Drive Image, it will access any hard drive controller visible by Windows.
If you are asking about the Startup version of R-Drive Image, I'd rather make a test: create a startup CD and test whether it sees the controllers or not.
See http://www.r-tt.com/downloads/Drive_Image_Manual.pdf - > Advanced Disk Actions -> Create Startup Disks.
You may download and install R-Drive Image Demo and test that during the evaluation period of 15 days: http://www.drive-image.com/
