Scheduled Job Failing

Hi,

I'm trying to use R-Drive Image 4704 to backup a Win2k3 64-bit server. When I create a job that executes batch files before and after the VSS snapshot creation the job fails with the following message:

"Result: ERROR: Invalid parameter(s) (Access Denied. Administrator permissions are needed to use the selected options. Use an administrator command prompt to complete these tasks.)"

When I run this job just using the program (not scheduled) it runs fine and the batch files execute. I have the job set up to run as an administrator account of not only the server but the whole domain. It's actually the same account I'm logged into the server with when I run the job with the GUI and it works.

Any thoughts?

I recommend you to upgrade to the current build. That should help to resolve the problem.

Yeah I found out right after I posted the original question I was not running the latest version. After upgrading all seems well.

That was a bug fixed in one of the recent builds.
