Cloning from a regular 512 sector hard drive to the new AFD

Can R-Drive copy a HFS or NTFS hard drive with 512 sector size to the new larger sector size hard drives (Advanced Format Drives)? Will it align the partition correctly?

Unfortunately, no. That would require very serious adjustments in MFT and alike file allocation tables.
