RecoverAll Hangs

since i changed the config of my ServeRaid controller, i cant mout the attached HDD.
Scanning with r-studio shows me an EXT-3 FS and 250.000 Files.

When in select "Recover-All" and de-select "Extra found Files", the recovering
process hangs at 0%.....

what can i do to solve this ?
