R-Wipe&Clean 9.9 Build 1857

A new build of R-Wipe & Clean is available for download.
Improvements:
* In the Internet (Google Chrome) section, Favorite Cookies storing is improved for version 29.0.1547.57.
* In the Internet (Opera) section, Favorite Cookies storing is improved for version 15.0.1147.153.
* In the Internet (Mozilla Firefox) section, History deletion is improved.

Bugfixes:
- During a large wiping and cleaning task, an error message might appear (logging stopped at Wiping Stored Common Start Menu Items) or Windows Explorer might restart. Fixed.
