R-Drive Image Commercial V6 - login incorrect

Trying to set up a schedule to backup to a password protected share on the local NAS.

It asks you to enter the username and password, which I enter correctly (admin login for the NAS device) so as to provide credentials to access the shared drive where the backup data is to be sent.

At this point it halts and repeatedly says "Login is incorrect" - the password and username entered are definitely correct however.

Check that you can connect the NAS as a network drive in Windows under those login/password. Sometimes NAS devices don't allow to use their admin accounts to be used for data connections. If that doesn't help, please contact our techsupport with this problem. They'll try to help you to solve the problem.
