Please help with error and data recovery Mac !!!
Hello all ,
So basically some data like : pictures ; disk images from my pc (MAC) disappeared.
The funny thing is that in some particular folders just some pictures disappeared some are still there.
I tried few softs like Diskdrill but wasn't able to find anything except some trashed files 6 months ago.
Then I did a scan with R-studio and got this error.
Unforunantely the text is too big so I'll leave a link:

Actually, this is a system dump made by R-Studio when it crashed. Please, contact our techsupport with this. They'll help you to solve the problem.
About your case. I guess your Mac system has an SSD disk. If so, this may be a combination of failed garbage collection and the Trim command.
When did the files disappear? Was it a system crash, or what?

Hello Alt ,
Thanks a lot for your reply.
Yes I do have a an SSD and to be honest I was thinking about same kind of reasoning .
I remember deleting some files few days back (not involving the ones which disappeared).
Not sure it was a system crash but from what I remember it run out of battery over the night and in the morning I found it off.
Would you call this a system crash ?
From your experience what could be done to get this sorted ?
Thanks in advance

Re: Please help with error and data recovery Mac !!!
I just remembered that I've messed up with the CCleaner .
As far as I know this got to do only with the browser cleaning.
But could it be that it deleted some files on pc through the download history of the browser ?
Thanks in advance

I'm more inclined to think about some deleted files, then improper garbage collection, then Trim.Daimonfive wrote: ↑Wed Dec 19, 2018 12:57 pmI just remembered that I've messed up with the CCleaner .

BTW, was it on the APFS file system?

Ok so I think I understand now what happened.
Seems that it was CCleaner .
That's how the set up looks like :
