i am trying to recover some images. jpeg i believe. lots of them are found during a scan.
some are found with the know file type scan.

viewing the folder as thumbnails shows many of the images as intact.
however when i click on them i usually get an image that is a mess.

Well I have a couple of responces;
1. try it and see is a none answer, you are basically saying that you have no idea, why not find out. if you had bothered to check you would have seen that i have already purchased the product ie r-studio.

Some info:
I have a raid 0 [stripe] set.
both hhd are the same model.

they were connected to a gigabyte motherboard [ga-965p-ds4 rev3.3].
that motherboard appears no longer post [not sure why] [possibly it does post but with no graphic output].
prior to the motherboard failure i was running ...
