Is there a way in R-Studio to find files which are related to bad sectors without trying to recover them? How?

Ctrl + A vs marking (x)

I wanted to mark several files at once and used Ctrl + A. Ctrl + A does "blue" the content of a folder but it does not behave the same like marking(x) when it comes to recovery.

What is the purpose Ctrl + A in S-Studio?

Thank's

restore whole folder structure too

Hello Forum,

I found/located the files to be recovered with Find/Mark(the files are stored in different folders around the NTFS-filesystem) and manually marked the

Regex-Search (Find/Mark) does available file not find ....

I entered a text-string (a filename-name) in the Find/Mark(Regex-field), but I am wondering why RStudio does not find
this file (because that file is listed under DeviceView -> Recognized1 -> Root) ?

Thank's for any feedback!

restoring different file-version

Hello,

as I understand, with the new version 3.8 it's possible to restore different version of deleted files.
That's a cool feature, especially if it does workt with Linux Ext-FS :-)

I would expect that such a feature would work by right clicking the file in question and have S-Studio showed all ...

restore pictures at reduced resolution

Hello

I would like to be able to restore pictures/images e.g. jpg and other pixel formats at a reduced user-defined
resolution (for testing purposes:)

Is that already today possible or is such afeature already on the todo-list?

Thank you!
