Hello,
We have Drobo FS in for data recovery. There are two 2tb drives in the unit.
What settings must we use to recreated the RAID in R-Studio?

Great!
However, I'm not seeing any downloads in my user console.
And the old link I have (https://secure.r-tt.com/cgi-bin/Update?dl=PC56ZSUR5P)
Is not working.
What can I do now.

Re: Users folder not copied
Hi All,
On the last few recoveries I've done, I'm finding that the "Users" folder is not being copied over; I keep having to do it separately and I can't figure out why.
Obviously, this if often the most important folder.
Any ideas?

Ah, OK, it's a known issue.Alt wrote:We're fixing this issue right now.
Any workarounds in the meantime, other than doing the work twice?

Re: Deleted Files are shown regardless of selection in File
My version is 7.8.160808 .
Yeah, I wish I could upgrade. My support expired in October last year and it's not letting me download the latest version.
With our dollar being so bad, and not as many recoveries happening, we cannot justify the expense of extending support to be on the latest version ...

Deleted Files are shown regardless of selection in File Mask
Hi,
I'm having an issue where deleted files are still shown in the file tree, even though "Deleted files' is UNchecked in "Define File Mask" Any idea why this is?
