Re: Restored C: fails to boot.

I tried, but I cannnot send the technical support request, it says "We are sorry, but you haven't filled out the required field: Word Verification". I filled out the 4 letters at the bottom of the request. Am I doing something wrong?

Re: Restored C: fails to boot.

Thank you very much for your reply.
I took the system dumps, but should I use the technical support request form? Then, how can I attach the system dumps?

2) I put in a new HDD, create partitions and format them with partition ...

Re: Restored C: fails to boot.

Yes, of course. As R-Drive Image is the disk-image software I like the best. I will do what I can.

Sorry. I forgot to mention that with 4318 I was regularly restoring C: from within Windows without any problem.

Re: Restored C: fails to boot.

Thanks, but I think it is VERY IMPORTANT to be able to restore C: from within Windows without rebooting with a boot CD. My laptop doen't have a CD/DVD drive, and when I travel, I don't always carry an external drive. I am sure many users are in my case.

Re: Image size

Thanks. However, what I was trying to say is, the first image was 900MB with the pagefile of 500MB,and the second image was 780MB also with the pagefile of 500MB. The image size decreased from 900MB to 780MB with exactly the same configuration. Anyway, how can I exclude the pagefile when I make an ...
