Hi - Just bought R studio yesterday to recover 500gb laptop SATA drive - run 3 super scans and not found a bean.
Before i got R Studio i downloaded a demo of another recovery software to try out and this picked files up
It takes 3 hrs or so - am i doing something really dumb ?

Please, describe your problem more precisely. What is your file system, NTFS, I believe? What is "superscan"? A scan of the entire drive or logical disk? And, if possible, can I see a screenshot of the R-Studio's main panel after the scan?
