Lots of ._ Files After Recovery

I am getting lots of duplicated files starting with ._ after recovery.
Is there a reason for this?

There may be a lot of reasons.A damaged file system, for example. What is the file system, btw?

HFS AppleDouble format files. R-Studio treats them correctly: Data Recovery on HFS/HFS+ File System, the last paragraph.

I usually recover through Windows using MacDrive. Will this have the same effect?

Frankly speaking, I don't know. Maybe, a question to MacDrive support?
