Can shadow copies be recovered? If so what should I look for?

Shadow copies have been deleted and I would like to recover them if possible?

The very Shadow Copies files are stored in the System Volume Information folder. You may try to find those files using R-Studio in its Demo mode. Integrating those files back into the system is another matter, and I don't know how to do that. Maybe, this free program ShadowExplorer can help, but I haven't tested that.
