Dgital signature for .cae (Abaqus)

Hello.
I need to recover files .CAE (Abaqus). I have some samples; but I can not obtain a digital signature to incorporate it into R-Studio.
Could someone help me ?.

If not, maybe some file sharing host?

And I don't need actual (probably) large files. It'll be OK if you create some new with small different content in each.
