Restore MFT image as MFT

Restore MFT image as MFT

I backup drives for other computers, and when I need to restore that image my computer converts the disk layout to GPT "to make it Bootable" only it's not. The computer the drive goes in is too old to support GPT.

How do I force a UEFI system to restore the image in MFT layout?
