Backup Job never ends

Sometimes a Backup-Job never ends. No Error Message... No Error-Mail, nothing. Any Idea? Used rDrive 6108. In the GUI the job is displayed "running".

Are they backups to a network computer? I mean lost connections?

No, that are Backup to a) internal HDD b) RDX and it happends not every time. OS is Server 2012R2.
