R-Studio installer safe mode shortcut name issue on Chinese win10

Hi developer, from a few versions ago R-Studio installer adds safe mode shortcut to start menu, but the script doesn't seem to work under Chinese Win10, the shortcut name is ".lnk" as shown in the screenshot:


This problem is still there in the latest version. Please fix it if possible, thanks in advance!

First, it's an incorrect name. It should be R-Studio Technician (Safe mode), or Safe mode in Chinese rather than .lnk

What is within the file .lnk? It should be "C:\Program Files (x86)R-STUDIO Network Technician\RStudio.exe" -safe.
You may check it as follows: right-click the .link file, More -> Open file location -> R-Studio Technician (Safe mode) -> right-click -> Properties

"C:\Program Files (x86)\R-STUDIO Network Technician\RStudio.exe" -safe
