Uninstalled Microsoft Store apps show up

We're investigating into this problem. As soon as we find the causes, we'll fix it and inform you and other users.

This new build R-Wipe&Clean 20.0.2410 has addressed this issue. It's possible to use the "Exclude detected Microsoft Store programs that were uninstalled by the current user" option on the Customize dialog box.

I just tested the latest build with "Exclude detected Microsoft Store programs that were uninstalled by the current user" option checked. Uninstalled apps not showing up. Thank you
