Just purchased R-Studio Technician with DeepSpar USB Stabilizer and have already had some success. Attached a SATA HDD today and it just clicks without showing up through the stabilizer. Where do I go from here?

Looks like a very serious hardware problem. I recommend you to go to a reputable data recovery professional who knows how to deal with this problem.
