Button 1: Backups files as a series of disk sectors, files should be recovered to the place where they resided.
Button 2. Backups files as a bunch of files, files can be recovered to any place.

Thank you Admin for your repply, but not very convinced with this option....I would like to restore my files anywhere.

My question now is :

Lets say that I want to backup my WinOS partition but i want to exclude some folders, is it possible to do it with the option "Backup selected files..." and when restoring it, I will still have my partiton with the bootable information ??

if NO, is there a solution for that, excluding some folders and files and still have a bootable backup file ?

Thank you.
