Hi all,
I'm taking this piece of software for a test run, and want to backup my system to my NAS. The help page here shows I can map a network drive, but that "Map Network Drive" button is not here when selecting backup destination.
I can select the network drive mapped by Windows, and if I do a one time imaging it works fine; however if I save it as a scheduled task, the destination would automatically change to a network path (something like "\\MicrosoftAccount;email@domain.com@server.local\Folder", not starting with a drive letter), and when I try running the task, it would error out saying "specified network password is not correct".
How to solve this? This software seems promising as a full disk backup solution for me, I just need to get past this.
Thanks in advance.

The button should appear here: Image Destination Panel and then Network Drives.
If it doesn't appear please send me your screenshot of this panel.

Re: Cannot image to network location (Windows version)

Here's my image destination panel, as you can see I only have a "connect to cloud" button.

1. A system dump: Help -> About -> Write system dump.
2. What drive letter does the NAS have? And how is it connected: using its own login/password, or using windows credentials?
3. When a task is being saved under the local system account, R-Drive Image checks whether the local system has access to this network path. And if not, it asks the login/password for this share. Does it appear?
4. You may try to run the task under the current user, as it apparently must have access.
